Our team worked closely with the founder, to evaluate existing health and wellness apps and validate hypotheses regarding market gaps. We built an iOS app for beta testing using the insights and findings from our discovery phase.
Opportunity
The founder of Sage has spent many years training high performance athletes, and had been researching different aspects of life that contribute to overall wellness. The goal was to design and build a mobile app to empower people to measure and enhance their wellness.
Solution
Our discovery phase involved an evaluation of existing apps that address different aspects of health and wellness, to confirm the founder’s thinking as to the gap that exists in the market. We designed a set of features that would connect and bring them together into one engaging app, and then developed, tested, and iterated on it. The resulting iOS app was released for beta testing prior to the company being sold to another wellness provider. We hope to be able to work on Sage again in the near future.
