One of our clients has a platform that supports providers in getting patients on therapy faster. BLA provided a tiger team for a two month MVP build. This MVP was used by the client to get funding to continue to build out the product vision with the support of the BLA team. The majority of developers, tech leads, and designers are BLA members, while the client provides Engineering leadership, product management, and process definition. The ratio is around three BLA members per client member.
Our client has a platform that manages excess inventory and provides optimized solutions to move this inventory quicker. BLA provided support for both the legacy system (built in PHP) as well as the build for the NextGen system built in Golang and React.
