EverQuote has, as many growing companies, more demand than supply for developing digital products. On a quarterly basis, priorities are set and internal resources are allocated. On several occasions strategic important projects would not be able to be delivered because of a lack of resources. This provided an opportunity for our team to get involved.
Solution
Solution From Q1 2021, Ballast Lane Applications deployed teams to turbocharge the EverQuote teams' delivery of new products and services. The product and technology teams worked very closely using Agile methodology to deliver those strategic projects that otherwise would not have been completed in that quarter.
