PERQ is the only multifamily automation that combines conversational AI, automated nurture technology, and powerful website conversion tools to help achieve occupancy goals with less work and cost. Features include: AI Conversations, AI Leasing Assistance, AI Nurture Technology, Tour Scheduler, Website Conversation Tools, and 3rd party integrations. PERQ reached out to BLA for support in Developing, maintaining and testing their current features as well as updated features for their strong customer base.
Solution
BLA first started off with providing support on Backend by integrating BLA backend engineers specialized in .NET to the PERQ team. These members joined the PERQ team and contributed to both writing code as well as participating in all technical aspects of the project. Later, BLA was able to support PERQ by adding QA Engineers to the team. The QA Engineers integrated into the team providing support in functional and technical QA.
