Fixed Cost Project

This solution is best suited for established businesses that want a new product offering added to their business and they don’t have the team or capacity in-house to get it done. Some examples could include a new cross-platform mobile app to replace existing native apps or a chat bot to enhance an existing web portal.

Client Profile

Clients with a well defined product specification and a clear (but limited) business case to deliver that product. Quite often, the client’s internal team will be focused on other priorities and do not have the bandwidth to take on this project.

Overview

Definition

The business case is known and the product defined. The focus will be on specific deliverables that can be documented and estimated.

Discovery

We recommend a discovery sprint to ensure a complete product spec with a deep understanding of requirements before committing to a fixed budget.

Project Manager, Designers, Business Analysts, Engineers, DevOps, and QA.

A digital product built to spec and ready to launch.

Pricing Structure

Case Studies

Sports

A longstanding client needed an administrative console to support users who provide revenue generating content to the client’s main site. We built a stand alone console that manages content, provisions accounts and tracks sales transactions. We are now planning the next round of features to add to the initial MVP version.
